5 Things I Learned Sophomore Year

1. Mind your own business

I know a lot about a lot of people on campus, even if they're complete strangers. None of this information is going to help me do anything productive.

2. Campus living is not the move

Food, housing, visitation...I'm ready to move onto bigger and better things.

3. Take advantage of career opportunities early

I'm literally ruining my life by letting opportunities pass me by...

4. Address all problems head on, no matter how scared you are

I'm a punk and my feelings get hurt easily, but unless you know me personally, you'd never know it. Some people think I don't care about much of anything because I don't ask a lot of questions. I have to stop sitting in burning houses like it's okay, because it's not.

5. Assumptions are dangerous

I've played myself a few times this past year. Definitely learned my lesson.
